As of December 6, 2024, PSB 2025 is almost at capacity. Once we are at capacity, the online registration form will not accept any more registrations, and unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate more participants.

PSB 2025 online registration opens on August 1, 2024 at https://www.iscb.org/cms_addon/registration_conference/psb25.

PSB's online registration system is hosted by the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB).

The PSB room block is sold out and the hotel only has a few high category rooms available. If you are interested in booking a room at the hotel's current rate, please call Fairmont Orchid directly at 1 (808) 885-2000 to see if any reservations are available. PSB has not been able to contract with any other hotels. The Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Village areas are the closest resort areas with hotels and condos to the Fairmont Orchid which is located in the Mauna Lani resort area. We suggest you also check for condo/house rentals. Please book your lodging reservations before registering for PSB 2025.

PSB 2025 will be held at the Fairmont Orchid, Big Island of Hawaii, January 4-8, 2025. Registration is limited to 300 participants.

The symposium registration fee includes admission to workshops, the keynote lectures, paper sessions, poster sessions, and PSB-hosted meals (at minimum: 1 reception, 4 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 1 dinner banquet; see schedule for details).

Discounts cannot be combined. PSB registration is not refundable.

Meal tickets for Non-Participants/Guests may be purchased onsite or when you register online.

All Meals (includes welcome reception and banquet): $700 adults; $350 children 6-12 years
Banquet Ticket: $175 adults; $75 children 6-12 years
Welcome Reception: $75 adults; $25 children 6-12 years

Guest meal tickets are not refundable; if you are unsure of your guest's plans, please purchase guest meal tickets onsite.
