Instructions

  1. Complete the form below. You must be registered to be eligible for travel support. If you have not registered yet, please register online at http://psb.stanford.edu/registration.html.
  2. If you are planning to present a poster, poster presentation is limited to one poster per participant.
  3. Click the "submit" button.
If you need to make changes to your travel application, please send an email to the PSB coordinator; do not submit another travel application.

Please note that all travel support is in reimbursement form only. Applications are due at NOON PST, Monday, October 3, 2011. Notification of award will be announced in mid-October.
