PSB Travel Support Request

Instructions

  1. Complete the form below. You must be registered to be eligible for travel support. If you have not registered yet, please register online at http://psb.stanford.edu/registration/.
  2. If you are planning to present a poster, poster presentation is limited to one poster/abstract per paid participant. Posters submitted to the general poster session are not reviewed.
  3. Click the "submit" button.
If you need to make changes to your travel application, please send an email to the PSB coordinator; do not submit another travel application.

Please note that all travel support is in reimbursement form only. Applications are due at 11:59PM PT, October 7, 2024. Notification of award will be announced in mid-October.

The travel support application will open on August 1, 2024; the form below will become active on this date. If you do not see a form below, please go to http://psb.wufoo.com/forms/travel-support-application/
